摘要 根据江苏省海洋渔业安全生产工作实际,依托GIS平台,综合利用海洋预警报技术、渔船动态定位技术、计算机网络技术和数据库技术,建设江苏省海洋渔业生产安全环境保障服务系统,为各级渔业安全生产相关的政府部门提供辅助决策,同时对从事海水养殖、交通运输和海洋捕捞等活动的人员及设备提供海洋环境预报和极端灾害天气下的预警服务,从而有效减轻海洋渔业生产过程中的经济损失和人员伤亡,促进我国的海洋渔业生产健康发展。 In order to provide decision aids for government departments of fishery production safety; issue marine environmental forecasting and disasters weather warning to personnel and equipment engaged in sea farming, navigation and marine fishing; effectively reduce the economic losses and casualties during marine fishery production; promote the healthy development of national marine fishery production; GIS, marine warning and forecasting and fishermen dynamic positioning based construction of environment safeguard service system for marine fishery production was conducted according to the situation of marine fishery production safety in Jiangsu province.
