美国“站起来反对霸凌”教育活动及我国校园霸凌预防策略 被引量:7

摘要 霸凌指用恐吓的手段欺负、打人或伤害他人的行为。作为一种校园暴力,霸凌行为对霸凌者、受害者和旁观者都具有极大的伤害,给他们带来肉体与精神的双重损害。这对正处于人生重要发育阶段的青少年来说往往是沉重的打击,有时可能会对受害者心灵产生终身难以治愈的创伤。美国印第安纳波利斯儿童博物馆创办并实施了"站起来反对霸凌"教育活动,得到广大师生和社会组织的支持。美国政府、学校和社会机构对校园霸凌的政策、法规和实践对我国校园霸凌预防与应对有一定启示。
