头皮增生性外毛根鞘瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病历摘要（图1）女,34岁;因右顶枕部肿块进行性增大1年入院。无头皮外伤或感染史。体格检查心肺腹无异常。右侧顶枕部可见一乳头状红色肿物,突出头皮,约1.2cm×1.0cm,肿物表面可见淡粉色息肉样隆起（图1A）,无破溃,扪及皮下肿块呈实性,边界尚清,活动性可,无波动感,无触痛及压痛,耳后及枕部淋巴结未触及肿大。头颅CT提示：右顶枕骨下结节,邻近颅板无骨质破坏（图1B、1C）。
