摘要
基于云+端模式的互联网质检客户服务系统,利用互联网+创造了一种全新的以客户为核心的检验检测服务模式,通过该系统,质量检测机构能够开展O2O线上线下检测业务。客户能在线下单、在线支付、线下检测、在线全程查询检测进度、查看电子版检测报告等。在数据积累到一定程度后,利用大数据技术,可以分析出一段时期内产品质量状况,为提高产品质量提供数据支撑。
In order to implement the decisions of the State Council for the lnternet t development, ano to speeu up the integration of "Internet + inspection",and better service for customer, the quality inspection customer service system is built base on "Internet +" and "Cloud + Client". Quality inspection agencies use "Internet +" to create a new customer service model of taking the customer as the core. Quality inspection agencies can carry out "online and offline" inspection business by this system. Enterprise customers can do online order,online payment,offline testing, testing schedule query, views the electronic test report. The data accumulated to a certain extent,the quality of the product can be analyzed for a period of time by using of big data technology, and the results of the analysis can provide data support for improvement the quality of product.
