摘要
目的分析讨论血清肿瘤标志物谱及趋化因子蛋白谱对于提高肺癌早期诊出率的价值。方法此次研究选取180例肺癌高危人群作为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,每组90例,一组实施常规的肺癌诊断检测方法进行再次检测,一组采用血清肿瘤标志物谱及趋化因子蛋白谱进行检测,对比分析两组患者诊断结果的用时时间。结果在常规组样本最终送检的20例患者的血清样本中,确诊6例患者患有肺癌,诊断用时在2-23 d,平均用时为(17.0±1.5)d。而采用血清肿瘤标志物谱及趋化因子蛋白谱检测诊断的患者最终送检90例患者,诊断用时平均时间少于1 d,确诊8例肺癌患者,均在当天确诊。结论血清肿瘤标志物谱及趋化因子蛋白谱可以有效提升肺癌患者的早期诊出率,缩短确诊时间。
Objective Aanalysis of the serum tumor markers spectrum and cheekiness protein spectrum to enhance the value of the lung cancer early diagnosis rate. Methods This study selected 180 cases of lung cancer high-risk groups as the research object,randomly divided the patients into two groups,90 cases in each group,a set of implementation of the conventional detection method to detect lung cancer diagnosis,a group of serum tumor markers and cheekiness protein spectrum detection,then compared two groups of patients with diagnosis of available time. Results In serum samples from 20 patients with conventional samples from patients in the final,6 cases of confirmed patients suffering from lung cancer,diagnosis was between 2 to 23 d and average of(17.0±1.5)d. With serum tumor markers and cheekiness protein spectrum detection diagnosis in patients when the average time was not more than one day, found the 8 cases of patients with lung cancer,were confirmed on the day. Conclusion Serum tumor markers and chemokine protein profile can effectively improve the early diagnosis rate of lung cancer patients, shorten the time of diagnosis.
