摘要
目的研究并分析在颅脑外伤患者的术后康复治疗过程中,应用早期康复护理的干预措施,评价其护理效果。方法在我院相关科室选择2014年5月-2015年5月收治的颅脑外伤术后患者,随机抽取78例作为研究对象,分析不同护理措施的护理效果。结果对比两组患者的ADL及心理状态评分,经早期康复护理的试验组ADL及心理状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在颅脑外伤患者的术后康复治疗过程中,应用早期康复护理的干预措施护理效果理想,改善患者的各项指标。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods 78 cases of traumatic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object,and the nursing effect of different nursing measures were analyzed. Results ADL and psychological state before and after treatment were detected in two groups of patients with score was found,by early rehabilitation nursing and psychological state of the test group ADL scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the course of postoperative rehabilitation therapy for patients with traumatic brain injury,early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improved indicators of patients.
