摘要
目的探析优质护理对前列腺增生患者心理情绪及满意度的影响。方法选取我院收治的前列腺增生患者108例,以入院时间均分两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,对比分析临床护理效果。结果经护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为94.44%,优于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论给予前列腺增生患者优质护理,可改善患者的负面心理情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on psychological mood and the degree of satisfaction of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 108 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected in our hospital and were divided into two groups by admission time. Control group was given about routine nursing,observation group was given about high-quality nursing,and to analyze the effect of clinical nursing. Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS score of observation group was better than those of control group（P〈0.05）; The degree of nursing satisfaction of observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly better than that of control group 77.78%（P〈0.05）. ConclusionHigh-quality nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve the negative psychological mood of patients and the degree of nursing satisfaction.
