摘要
通过正交试验,研究了橡胶取代率、粒径两因素对橡胶自密实混凝土基本力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:橡胶自密实混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂强度均随橡胶取代率的增加而下降,随橡胶粒径增大而降低;橡胶自密实混凝土的拉压比随着橡胶掺入率的增加而增加,且粒径越小塑性越好;橡胶自密实混凝土抗水渗透性随取代率增加呈先上升后下降,且与橡胶粒径关系密切。通过对试验数据的统计回归,提出了修正的橡胶自密实混凝土立方体抗压强度与劈裂强度之间的关系公式。
Based on orthogonal experiments, the influence of replacement rateand particle size of waste rubber on basic mechanical properties of rubberized self - compacting concrete (RSCC)were researched. The results show that the cubic compressive strength and split strength of RSCCdecrease with the replacement rate of rubber increasing, and decrease with the particle size of rubber increas- ing; tension- compression ratio of RSCC decrease with the replacement rate of rubber increasing, and shows better ductility with the less particle size ; the water resistance of RSCC increase and then decrease with the replacement rate of rubber increasing, and has close relation with the particle size of waste rubber. Based on the data regression, the modified relationship between the compressive strength and split strength of RSCC are established.
