双效气液并流工艺中海水脱硫特性的模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究气液并流海水脱硫过程中各工艺参数对脱硫效率的影响,对气液并流海水脱硫过程进行了模拟.运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件自主构建并流模型,提出并流模型建立方法,并用实验验证了模型的准确性.以单效并流工艺为基础,对河北工业大学研发的双效并流工艺进行了模拟研究,并与逆流工艺进行了对比,运用灵敏度分析功能对3种工艺分析了液气比、烟气温度、海水碱度以及海水温度对脱硫效率的影响.结果表明:在相同的操作条件下,双效并流工艺的脱硫效率高于逆流工艺和单效并流工艺的脱硫效率. In order to study the influence of some parameters on desulfurization efficiency, the process of desulfurization with gas-liquid cocurrent by seawater was simulated. Using Aspen Plus process simulation software to build cocurrent flow model independently, the methods to build cocurrent flow model is put forward, and the accuracy of the model has been verified by experiments. Based on the process of the single-effect and gas-liquid cocurrent flow, the process of doubleeffect and cocurrent flow researched by Hebei University of Technology were simulated, and compared with counter-current process. The influence of liquid gas ratio, flue gas temperature, seawater alkalinity and seawater temperature on desulfurization efficiency of three processes were analysed with the function of sensitivity analysis. Results show that under the same operating conditions, the desulfurization efficiency of double-effect process is higher than counter-current process and single-effect process.
