摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2007年1月至2015年1月间收治并行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的120例患者,手术前检测患者促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)水平,通过阴道超声得出窦状卵泡数量(F0),取平均值。手术后1个月和6个月再次进行同样的检查,与手术前的结果进行比较。结果手术后1个月,FSH、LH平均值高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后1个月,E2平均值低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后6个月,FSH、LH平均值和手术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后6个月,雌二醇平均值和手术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后1个月F0少于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后6个月F0与手术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后一段时间内会对患者的卵巢功能产生不良影响,但经过一定时间的恢复后,患者卵巢功能有所恢复,腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery on the patients with ovarian function. Methods From January 2007 to January 2015,120 cases of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were enrolled in the study. Follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E2）,through vaginal ultrasound sinus follicle number（ F0） were detected before surgery. The average indexes were evaluated. 1 month and 6 months after surgery,the related indexes were evaluated again. The levels of the related indexes between 1 month before surgery,1 month and 6 months after surgery were compared. Results 1 month after the operation,FSH and LH were higher than those of before surgery,with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; E2 was lower than that of before surgery,with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with before surgery,at 6 months after surgery,FSH and LH are certain to rise,but the difference was not significant（ P〉0. 05）; E2 was lower,with no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Compared with before surgery,at 1 months after surgery,F0 was reduced,with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; at 6 months after surgery,F0 was also reduced,but with no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal after a period of time will be bad influence on ovarian function of patients,but after a certain time after the recovery of patients with ovarian function change. Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal technique is worthy of popularization and application.
