钼镉联合诱导对麻鸭生产性能和血液学指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨钼镉联合诱导对麻鸭生产性能和血液学指标的影响,选360羽11日龄健康"江南2号"麻鸭随机分为对照组、低钼组、高钼组、镉组、低钼镉组和高钼镉组,对照组喂基础日粮,试验组在每kg基础日粮中分别添加:低钼15mg、高钼100mg、镉4 mg、低钼15 mg+镉4 mg和高钼100 mg+镉4 mg,以(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O和3CdSO4·8H2O作为钼源、镉源,试验期120d。记录鸭采食量,每隔30d测体质量1次并随机取10羽鸭采血,检测血液学指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组料重比呈上升趋势,日增重和血液学指标呈下降趋势,且钼镉联合组比钼镉单独组更明显;除试验120d日增重高钼镉组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)外,其余各组间日增重和料重比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验90,120d高钼镉组RBC、Hb、HCT、MCH、MCV显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。这表明麻鸭日粮中同时添加钼100mg/kg、镉4mg/kg能引发小细胞低色素贫血,降低日增重,钼镉呈协同作用。 This experiment was conducted to determine effects of molybdenum(Mo)and cadmium(Cd)co-induction on production performance and hematological indexes in duck.360 healthy 11-day-old ducks of"No.2of Jiangnan"were divided randomly into 6groups(60feathers per group).(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O and 3CdSO4·8H2O were used as the source of Mo and Cd.The doses of Mo and Cd were designed based on feed wight.The basic ration were fed in control group with no Mo and Cd,low Mo group(15mg/kg Mo,0mg/kg Cd),high Mo group(100mg/kg Mo,0mg/kg Cd),Cd group(0mg/kg Mo,4mg/kg Cd),low Mo+Cd group(15mg/kg Mo,4mg/kg Cd),high Mo+Cd group(100 mg/kg Mo,4 mg/kg Cd).The experiment lasted for 120 days,feed gain of each group ducks were taken every day.10 ducks were chosen randomly every 30 days to weigh and collect wing venous blood for detection of hematological index.The results showed that compared with control group,F/G has a rising trend in experimental groups,downward trend in daily wight gain and hematological index.This trend was more obvious in combination groups of Mo and Cd than that of single Mo,Cd groups.Daily gain and F/G were not statistically different among other groups while high Mo+Cd was significantly lower than the control group in daily gain on the 120th(P〈0.05).In high Mo+Cd group,the values of RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH,MCV were significantly lower than those inthe control group on the 90 th and 120 th day(P〈0.05).It is confirmed that the diet added with Mo100mg/kg and Cd 4mg/kg can lead to hypochromic microcytic anemia,reduced daily gain,and Mo and Cd co-induction showed a synergistic effect on ducks.
