摘要
采用氟钛酸盐溶液封闭阳极氧化铝型材,研究了封闭液组成、封闭机理及氟钛酸盐浓度、槽液pH和温度对封闭质量的影响。实验结果表明,氟钛酸盐溶液可实现对阳极氧化铝型材的封闭,封闭膜外观良好。克服了镍盐封闭铝阳极氧化膜工艺常出现的起粉及发绿现象,封闭质量达到我国建筑铝型材相关检测标准要求。
The bath composition of sealing for anodized aluminum profile by fluotitanate solution,the sealing mechanism,and the influences of related process conditions including fluotitanate concentration,pH and temperature on the sealing quality were all investigated. The experimental results showed that the fluotitanate solution could seal the anodized aluminum profile effectively,the appearance of sealing film was fine. The phenomena of dusting and greening were overcame which often occurred in the process by use of nickel salt sealing anodized aluminum film,and the sealing quality can meet the related testing standard for the building aluminum profile in China.
