摘要
振动膜技术是一种新型膜分离技术,因能有效防止膜污染现象等特点而逐渐受到关注。本研究利用振动膜技术结合"超滤-反渗透"膜处理变性淀粉废水。结果表明,超滤膜和反渗透膜在运行温度为28-30℃,振幅为12mm,操作压力分别为0.2 MPa和1.2 MPa时,振动膜工艺对COD、TP、TN和TDS去除率分别达到99.18%、99.83%、100%和90.43%。超滤膜和反渗透膜浓缩液中总磷含量分别高达142.57 mg/L和180.48 mg/L,总磷经提取回收后可实现废水的资源化利用。
Vibration shear enhanced processing(VSEP) is a new type of membrane separation technology which has gained attention due to the improved operational characteristics, such as better control of membrane fouling phenomenon. Modified starch wastewater was treated by VSEP using "UF-RO" membrane and the results showed that at the operating temperature of 28-30 ℃, the amplitude of 12 mm, and the operating pressure of 1.2 MPa and 0.2MPa respectively, the removal rates of COD, TP, TN and TDS were 99.18%, 99.83%, 100% and 90.43% respectively. The total phosphorus content in the two levels of concentrate were as high as 180.48 mg/L and 142.57 mg/L which could be extracted and recycled through certain processing methods,realizing the utilization of modified starch wastewater.
