摘要
Q890高强钢在煤矿机械、工程机械及造船等行业应用广泛,但由于其强度高、碳当量大,其焊接工艺性较差,焊接过程易出现焊接应力集中、焊接裂纹。本文按照"低强匹配"原则选用90 kg级焊丝,打底、填充及盖面使用同一种焊丝,严格控制钢材下料、坡口加工、组对成型、焊前预热、焊接工艺及焊后热处理等工序环节,实现了Q890高强钢的不换焊丝焊接,并在企业进行了大规模实际应用。
Q890 high-strength steel is widely used in coal mine machinery, engineering machinery and shipbuilding industry, but its weldability is poor because of its high strength and high carbon equivalent, which leads to stress concentration and welding cracks during welding, According to the "low strength matching" principle, 90 kg grade wire was selected to use in backing welding, filling welding and covering surface welding. Through strict controlling of steel material cutting, groove processing, molding, preheating before welding, welding technology and heat treatment after welding process, the welding of Q890 high-strength steel no-changing welding wire was realized,and this welding process was widely used in enterprises.
