摘要
本试验对贵州铜仁万山地区含钾页岩进行提钾研究。在焙烧过程中,通过添加低熔点的助熔剂来降低含钾页岩焙烧提钾的温度,分别添加Na_4P_2O_7·10H_2O、P_2O_5、Na HCO_3等作助熔剂进行了实验研究,经对比实验选择了Na HCO_3作助熔剂。考察助熔剂与含钾页岩的质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对提钾的影响。试验结果表明,利用碳酸氢钠作助熔剂提钾的最佳反应条件是:助熔剂与含钾页岩的质量比为1,焙烧温度为600℃,焙烧时间为1.5 h,在此工艺条件下的有效钾溶出率可达80%。此工艺程序简单,对万山区含钾页岩的浸出研究有一定的科学应用前景。
Extracting kalium from insoluble potassium shale in Wanshan area of Tongren,Guizhou was researched in this paper.During the roasting process,by adding low melting point flux to lower the temperature of roasting.Na HCO3 was chosen as flux by comparison test with Na4P2O7·10H2O、P2O5etal.A desirable process route of extracting kalium was obained.During roasting process,such factors as the ration of flux to potassium shale,roasting temperature and roasting time were investigated.The results showed when the mass ration of flux to potassium shale was 1,roasting temperature at 600℃ about 1. 5h,the dissolution rate of kalium could reach80%. This process is a simple procedure and has some scientific outlook applying on leaching studies of Wanshan district potassium shale.
