摘要
通过醚键把烯丙基连接到4-羟基二苯甲酮上,然后利用硅氢加成反应将含烯丙基的二苯甲酮片段接枝在聚二甲基硅氧烷链段上,制得含二苯甲酮片段的聚二甲基硅氧烷高分子光引发剂;通过熔点、红外光谱、紫外光谱等分析方法表征所合成的化合物。并考察反应温度,Si-H和C=C摩尔比对二苯甲酮片段接枝的影响,最后用α-辛烯消除未反应的Si-H基团,制得含二苯甲酮片段的聚二甲基硅氧烷高分子光引发剂,几乎不含Si-H和C=C活性基团,且二苯甲酮片段的含量比较高有利于光聚合反应。
Allyl group was introduced into 4-hydroxyl benzophenone by ether bond. Then the polysiloxane polymer photoinitiator bearing benzophenone fragments was synthesized by the hydrosilylation reaction of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and benzophenone with end-vinyl,under the catalysis of Pt. The structures of products were confirmed by melting points,IR and ultraviolet spectrum. The effects of temperature and the molar ratio of Si-H to C = C on amount of benzophenone grafted were studied. Si-H bond were removed by excess of alpha octene and high benzophenone grafted and low double bond and Si-H content polymeric photoinitiators was synthesized.
