潜油电泵井应用中压变频器节能效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着油田不断开发,供排情况发生变化,潜油电泵井受到高压、高温、地层压力等井下参数的影响,使潜油电泵在启动时产生冲击性电流,损坏电泵电缆及机组等。通过在潜油电泵上安装变频器,可根据供液情况适时地调整油井生产参数,有效地解决上述问题,延长了机组运行寿命,提高系统稳定性。现场实施3台电泵井,功率因数平均提高了0.195,综合节电率为7.03%,为潜油电泵正常运行提供了保障。 With the development of oilfield, the situation of feeding and production changes. Electric submersible pump(ESP) well can be influenced easily by downhole parameters, such as high pressure, high temperature and formation pressure, which can cause an impact current when ESP is started to damage ESP and its cable. By applying frequency converter to ESP, the well' s production parameters could be adjusted timely according to feed liquid and the problem could be solved. As a result, ESP' s life could be prolonged and its stability is improved. By applying frequency converter to three ESP wells, the power factor increased by 0.195 and comprehensive power-saving percent is 7.03%, which ensure ESP normal running.
