摘要
单晶硅太阳能电池是目前太阳能电池市场上的主导产品,但存在生产成本高、体积大、转化效率低等问题。为寻求新型替代技术,重点介绍了碳纳米管的技术现状及基本特性,对其在太阳能电池中的应用可行性进行了分析,认为纳米太阳能薄膜在未来具有良好的应用前景。
Monocrystalline silicon solar cell is one of the main products of the solar cells on the market, but there are some problems such as high cost, large volume and low conversion efficiency. In order to find a new alternative technology, the technology status and basic characteristics of carbon nanotubes are introduced.The feasibility of its application in solar cells is analyzed. It is considered that nano solar films have good application prospects in the future.
