溶酶体相关膜蛋白-2及其自身抗体的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 溶酶体相关膜蛋白（lysosome-associated membrane proteins，LAMPs）是位于溶酶体膜上的一组高糖基化跨膜蛋白，包括LAMP-1（CD107a），LAMP-2（CD107b），LAMP-3，BADLAMP和LAMP-4（CD68）。他们拥有共同的溶酶体相关膜蛋白域和几个糖基化位点。LAMPs的合成包括两个主要的生物合成途径，直接途径和间接途径。
