摘要
民族地区高校是民族地区当代人才的集中聚集地,大学生的思维、意识以及价值观念对社会发展和文化传播都起到很大的影响作用,民族高校舆情的稳定和正态化发展,对民族社会观念整体的形成作用深刻。随着网络文化的普及,网络成了大学生获取信息、发表观点和表达思想的主要渠道,而网络文化的管理已成为当今一个复杂的系统工程。尤其边境民族地区的高校大学生,更是要通过有效的网络文化管理手段,关注核心关键因素,内外综合控制,为民族地区高校舆论的发展营造良好的环境。
Universities and colleges in ethnic regions are the concentration of contemporary talents. The thinking, awareness and values of college students have great influence on social development and culture spread. The national stability and the normal development of college public opinions have profound effect on the formation of the national social concepts. With the popularity of Internet culture, the network has become the main channel to access to information, and express ideas for college students, while the management of the network culture has become a complicated system engineering today. Especially for college students in frontier minority regions, key factors should be focused on, through the effective management, with internal and external integrated control, for creating a good environment for the development of public opinions and the colleges and universities in ethnic regions.
