摘要
针对传统的可靠性分析方法在具有动态特性的地铁车载ATP系统可靠性分析中的不足,提出动态故障树分析法。在引用可用度、平均失效时间和平均修复时间等可靠性指标的基础上,结合Isograph软件改进动态故障树分析法,建立基于Isograph的动态故障树分析模型,并通过对车载ATP系统的结构与功能分析以及历史故障数据的统计分析确定车载ATP系统的关键部件,使用Isograph软件预计关键部件的可靠性参数,对地铁车载ATP系统的可靠性进行评估。结果表明:采用该方法求解的系统可靠性指标均满足系统需求,并且精确度较高,运用此方法能够对具有顺序相关、资源共享、可修复以及冷、热备份等特性的系统进行可靠性建模,达到快速以及准确分析动态特性系统可靠性的目的。
Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional reliability analysis method in the reliability analysis of on-board ATP system in metro with dynamic characteristics,a dynamic fault tree analysis method was proposed. Based on referencing the reliability indexes such as the availability,the mean time to failure,and the mean time to repair,the dynamic fault tree analysis method was improved by combining with Isograph software,and the dynamic fault tree analysis model was established based on Isograph. Through analysis on structure and function of on-board ATP system and statistical analysis of the historical fault data,the key parts of on-board ATP system were determined,and the reliability parameters of the key parts were predicted by using Isograph software,Then the reliability of on-board ATP system in metro was evaluated. The results showed that all the system reliability indexes obtained by this method met the requirements of the system,and the accuracy was higher.The method can be used to carry out reliability modeling for systems with the characteristics of sequence dependence,resource sharing,system repairability,as well as cold and hot backup and so on,so as to achieve the purpose of analyzing the reliability of system with dynamic characteristics quickly and accurately.
