摘要
目的:评价义齿稳固剂改善全口义齿咀嚼效能的能力。方法:随机选择戴全口义齿3个月以上的患者16例,采用同体比较法,花生米作试料,分光光度计测定咀嚼后花生米悬浊液的吸光度,测定义齿稳固剂使用前后吸光度值的变化,观察咀嚼效能的变化。结果:数据统计分析显示,受试者使用义齿稳固剂后,平均咀嚼效率吸光度法检测的吸光度值从0.665±0.245增加到1.286±0.490,经配对t检验,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.093,P<0.05)。结论:义齿稳固剂能明显提高义齿的咀嚼效能。
Objective： To test whether the denture adhesive paste can improve the chewing efficiency of complete denture. Method： 16 patients who has using complete denture at lest 3 months were randomly selected. Identical test method was adopted by chewing peanuts. By employing a spectrophotometer, the absorbency values of chewed peanuts suspension before and after the use of denture adhesive paste were measured, and the differences could be obtained by calculation. The differences indicated the relationship between denture adhesive paste and chewing efficiency. Results：The statistical analysis revealed that after use of denture adhesive paste, the absorbency increased from 0.665 ±0.245 to1.286 ±0.490. After paired t test, the difference was statistically significant（t=-7.093, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Denture adhesive paste can improve the chewing efficiency of denture.
