摘要
近年来随着国家教育行政部门将大学生创业工作摆在突出位置,高等职业院校中和青年学生联系紧密的团组织应当认识到服务大学生创业工作的重要意义。本文结合高职院校共青团组织的特点介绍了其在服务大学生创业工作中的基本模式,并梳理了团组织在既有服务模式下存在的一些弊端与不足。并且在创业孵化器和创业环境理论的指导下,结合实际,也提出了解决问题与提升团组织整体服务水平的一些对策。
In recent years the administrative departments of education put college students＇ innovation entrepreneurial practice in an important position. So, Communist Youth League（CYL） of vocational colleges which retains close links with young students should realize the importance of the fact and improve services. This article introduces the basic model of the CYL＇ s services in students＇ entrepreneurial practice at vocational colleges. Besides, problems under this service model are discussed in the article. The article aims to provide some refe - rence for CYL to improve the service level under theories of business incubators and entrepreneurship environment.
