随着铝行业产能严重过剩，市场需求增长低迷的影响，氧化铝行业面临更加严峻的挑战，受市场冲击更加严峻。同时，随着安全生产形势日趋严峻，安全环保要求日益严峻，具有连续性大生产的氧化铝生产企业在安全生产管理方面需要寻求质的突破。而由于氧化铝生产工艺流程长、设备种类、数量多，致使设备的安全管理成为氧化铝安全生产管理的重中之重，需要更加规范、科学、系统的管理。
Influenced by the huge overcapacity and the low market demand growth, aluminum industry are now facing the serious chanllenge and market impact. Meanwhile, with the increasingly serious situation of safety production and the requirement for safety and environmental protection, alumina refinery which with the continuity and huge production need to seek a breakthrough. Considering long technological process of production and various quantity and category of equipment, the safety management of equipment becomes the key point to the management of safety, production and also need normative, scientific and systemic management.
