摘要
本文对武汉地区某额定容纳人数为80人的铁矿井下避灾硐室,以冰蓄冷作为冷源的制冷系统进行了设计探索。其中,压缩冷凝机组置于单独开凿的制冰硐室内,蓄冰槽则直接安放在生活硐室中,二者通过冷媒管道相连。该冰蓄冷系统可在矿难发生时维持硐室内温度不高于35℃的时间为96小时。
Design a refrigeration system for an underground iron mine refuge chamber, which has a capacity of 80 persons. Ice storage system is adopted. Compression condensing unit is arranged in a underground chamber, which is designed for itself. Ice storage tank is place in the refuge chamber. They two are connected by refrigerant pipes. Because of this ice storage system, temperature in the refuge chamber can be kept not more than 35℃ for 96 hours in a mining disaster.
