摘要
通过对国内外球团添加的辅料特性进行分析,对A型立磨、B型立磨和中速梯形磨三种立磨进行考察和试验研究,方案比选后认为单品种加工物料处理量在5t/h一35t/h时,中速梯形磨是比较经济合理的选择,并给出了合理可行的辅料加工工艺流程和最佳工艺配置,为球团工程设计应用奠定了基础。
Through analyzed the domestic and foreign pellet additives characteristics, inspected and tested research the A Type Vertical Mill, B Type Vertical Mill and Medium Speed Trapezium Mill, the Medium Speed Trapezium Mill is more economic and reasonable choice after the project comparison that single variety and processing of material handling capacity in 5t/h-35t/h, and gives the reasonable and feasible pellet additives grinding process and optimum process configuration, it has laid the foundation for the pellet design and application.
