摘要
为了提高精密播种的质量,以C8051F系列单片机为主要核心部分,利用光电传感器检测播种机的行径速度,并将速度传送给单片机,单片机通过计算和分析来调节步进电机的转速,确保种子刚好落入种穴中。结果表明,YZPB-200B装盘播种机的空穴率低于2.4%,每穴1粒率达到89%,符合烟草种植的农艺要求,所以该设计对满足播种机播种装置的一穴一种的要求。
To improve the quality of the precision seeding, C8051F series was adopted as the core of the controller in this design. Speeds data of the planter was transmitted to MCU via photo-sensor, after computing and analyzing those data the planter ensured that seeds placed at the pits precisely. The results showed that the YZPB-2OOB plate planter's empty pit rate was less than 2.4%, and the 1-seed-per-pit rate reached 89%, that was compliance with tobacco growing agronomic require- ments, the design of the device met the 1-seed-per-pit requirement of the planter.
