摘要
针对DN1000拔长效率低的问题,分析了管模拔长成形机理,提出了在预拔长、出成品阶段分别采取不同进砧量、压下量的控制方法,并通过专用弧形砧、阶梯式压下量控制技术,提高了管模拔长效率,降低了制造成本。
In order to improve the drawing efficiency of the DN1000 tube sheet, the mechanism of drawing was analyzed. The method that different feed value and percent reductions were proposed in pre-drawing stage and fmal forging stage. At the same time, the key controlling technologies with the special arc anvil and step percent reduction were developed to improve the drawing efficiency of tube sheet.
