摘要
农村转移劳动力市民化的过程是一个长期的过程,这一过程中农村转移劳动力职业能力越强,越有利于职业成长,进而越有利于促进自身实现市民化。为推动我国农村转移劳动力职业能力提升以适应其市民化成长需要,本文基于问卷调查法进行农村转移劳动力职业能力调查,分析当前我国农村转移劳动力职业能力的特点和存在的现实问题,同时剖析问题根源,并据此提出农村转移劳动力职业能力提升策略。
The process of transferring rural labor force will last for a long period. The stronger the career ability of the labor are, the better their career will be, which will further help them to become citizens in the urban areas. In order to enhance the vocational ability of rural transferred labor force in China, this paper analyses the reality of rural transferred labor force by questionnaire, identifies the problems and difficulties, and raises the countermeasures finally.
