摘要
目的探讨地佐辛复合麻醉对结肠癌腹腔镜手术术后患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法收集拟行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的患者48例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各24例,对照组给予瑞芬太尼复合麻醉,实验组给予地佐辛复合麻醉,手术后,对所有患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、MDA及SOD水平及不良反应发生率进行检测。结果手术后,与对照组比较,实验组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清MDA水平较低,SOD水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应的发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合麻醉能够显著降低结肠癌腹腔镜手术患者术后血清IL-6、TNF-α、MDA水平,提高血清SOD水平,有效减轻炎症及氧化应激反应,且具有较高安全性。
Objective To analysis the effect of dezocine combined anesthesia on serum levels of IL-6,MDA and SOD in patients after laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer. Methods 48 patients who were undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,24 cases in each group,the control group was given remifentanil combined anesthesia,the experimental group received dezocine combined anesthesia,after surgery,the serum levels of interleukin-6( IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α),malondialdehyde( MDA),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and incidence of adverse reactions were detected in all patients.Results After surgery,compared with control group,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the experimental group( P〈0. 05); the serum level of MDA was lower,and the serum level of SOD was higher in the experimental group( P〈0. 05); the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The dezocine combined anesthesia can significantly reduce the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and MDA in patients after laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer,improve serum SOD level,effectively reduce inflammation and oxidative stress reaction,and have high security.
