摘要
目的:探讨一清胶囊内服联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶外涂治疗肺胃蕴热证痤疮的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的肺胃蕴热证痤疮患者142例随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各71例。对照组患者给予过氧化苯甲酰凝胶外用,治疗组患者则加用一清胶囊内服,连用1个月。通过观察症状变化评价有效率,评估治疗前后皮损的改善情况,监测治疗前后血清睾酮水平变化。结果:治疗组患者的痤疮症状改善显著优于对照组患者,其有效率91.5%显著高于对照组77.5%,皮损改善明显优于对照组患者,皮损数目、皮损颜色、皮损痒痛评分显著低于治疗前及对照组患者,睾酮水平降低显著明显于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一清胶囊内服联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶外涂治疗肺胃蕴热证痤疮疗效确切,利于改善痤疮患者的皮损程度,其机制与降低睾酮水平存在一定的相关性,值得临床深入探究。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating lung and stomach accumulating heat syndrome acne patients with yiqing capsule and benzoyl peroxide gel. Methods： 142 lung and stomach accumulating heat syndrome acne patients were randomly divided into a control group of 71 cases and a treatment group of 71 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with benzoyl peroxide gel,while patients in the treatment group were primarily treated with yiqing capsule,1 months for treatment. The paper was aimed at observing the improvement of the main clinical symptoms,comparing the efficacy of the two groups,evaluating the improvement of skin lesion,monitoring the serum testosterone level changes before and after the treatment. Results： The improvement of main clinical symptoms for the patients in the treatment group was better than that for the patients in the control group,the efficiency for patients in the treatment group was 91. 5%,which was higher than that of the control group 77. 5%,the improvement of skin lesion for patients in the treatment group was better than that for the patients in the control group,the number,color and pain scores of the skin lesion and the testosterone levels for patients in the treatment group were lower than that for the patients in the control group,the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy has curative effect. It is good to improve the patients＇ skin lesion degree,the mechanism may be associated with lowing the levels of testosterone,is worthy of further research.
