摘要
研究以系谱信息清楚的686只纯种北京油鸡为试验素材,在整个产蛋周期中针对4个时间点(33、43、53和63周龄),分别检测全蛋中卵磷脂(PC)和脑磷脂(PE)的含量,分析磷脂类物质在个体和家系中的分布规律;利用嵌套模型分析产蛋周龄、父系(公鸡)以及母系(母鸡)等因素对磷脂类性状的影响规律;同时采用动物模型和Mtdfreml软件,估计磷脂性状的遗传力(h^2)和遗传相关(r_A)。结果:PC和PE在家系间的变异系数(CV=9.03%~9.65%)为其在个体间的变异系数(CV=19.93%~20.70%)的一半,并且频数的分布规律均基本符合正态分布;产蛋周龄、父系(公鸡)以及母系(母鸡)对磷脂的影响较为复杂,对不同磷脂的影响程度不同,其中父系(公鸡)对PC和PE具有显著的影响(P≤0.05);同时PC和PE的遗传力分别为0.31和0.22,属中等遗传力。结果表明:鸡蛋中磷脂类性状具有较大的选育空间,父系(公鸡)在磷脂性状中具有重要作用,可利用家系选育的方法对磷脂类性状进行选育提高。
A total of 686 pure Beijing-You hens with clear pedigree information were used as experimental material. During the whole egg laying cycle,eggs were collected at 4 test points(33W,43 W,53W and 63W)and the content of the phosphatidylcholine(PC),phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)of whole egg were tested to study the distribution of phospholipids in the individual and family. The effect of laying age,the paternal(cock)and maternal(hen)on phospholipid traits were analyzed using nested model as well. The heritability and genetic correlations of phospholipids were estimated using Mtdfreml software with animal model. The results showed that the coefficient of variation(CV)of PC and PE among families(CV=9.03% to 9.65%)were just about half of those among the individual(CV=19.93% to20.70%)and the distribution of the frequencies in the individual and the family were according with the normal distribution.The effects of laying age,the paternal(cock)and maternal(hen)on phospholipid were more complex,varying degrees of impact on different phospholipids. Whatever the result, paternal(cock)has a significant effect on PC and PE(P≤0.05).The heritabilities of PC and PE were 0.31 and 0.22 respectively,belonging to moderate. The results suggested that the egg phospholipids traits have large selection space and paternal(cock)had great effects on phospholipid traits,and using the pedigree selection method to increase the egg phospholipids traits would be effective.
