摘要
为了进一步了解钢纤维全轻混凝土梁斜截面的受力性能及其斜裂缝宽度的发展规律,制作了18根试验梁,运用反位试验加载装置,采用两点对称集中加载的方法,研究了剪跨比λ、钢纤维掺量ρf和配箍率ρsv3个变量的变化对钢纤维全轻混凝土斜裂缝宽度的影响。结果表明:剪跨比过大或者过小对于斜裂缝的发展都是不利的;钢纤维掺量的增加可以有效抑制斜裂缝的发展,减小斜裂缝的宽度;箍筋在试验梁正常使用阶段几乎不起作用。最后通过对斜裂缝宽度的观测和分析,将斜裂缝宽度的计算值与试验值进行对比,提出了钢纤维全轻混凝土梁的最大斜裂缝的计算公式。
In order to further study the mechanical behaviors of inclined section and the development of diagonal crack of steel fiber reinforced lightweight concrete beams, 18 test beams are manufactured and tested using trans loading device and the method of symmetrically concentrated loading at two points. The effects of 3 variables, including shear span ratio A, the dosage of steel fiber tof and the ratio of reinforcement Psv , on the inclined crack width of steel fiber reinforced lightweight con-crete are analyzed. The results show that whether the shear span ratio is too large or too small, it is unfavorable for the development of inclined cracks ; that the increase of the dosage of steel fiber can effectively control the development of inclined crack and reduce its width; that stirrup has little effect on the test beams. Meanwhile, by observing and analyzing the width of inclined crack, and comparing the calculated results of inclined crack with the test ones, the formula to calculate the maximum inclined crack of the steel fiber reinforced lightweight concrete beam is proposed.
