景观木亭断梁再续

Splicing Joint of Broken Beam of Landscape Wooden Pavilion

摘要 在建的景观亭承重叠合梁在跨中和1/3跨处无连接拼接,叠合梁严重变形近于折断,丧失大部分的承载力,面临坍塌。采用粘贴碳纤维片材加固后,不仅恢复和提高了整体的承载力,且觉察不到加固的痕迹,使用至今已6a,未见异常,效果良好。实践证明碳纤维加固木结构的方法是成功的,如用于古建筑的木结构维修加固应有广阔前景。 Owing to no connection and splicing joint of the load-bearing composite beam of built-in landscape pavilion in the middle of span and at the 1/3 span, the composite beam is seriously deformed close to breaking,loses the most of carrying capacity and is faced with collapsing. After reinforced by pasting the carbon fiber sheet, not only its integrated carrying capacity is recovered and improved, but also the reinforced trace is not detected. This pavilion has been used for six years without the abnormal state, and its effect is good. The practice proves that the method of carbon fiber to reinforce the wooden structure is successful, and has the broad prospect if used for the wooden structure maintenance and reinforcement of historic buildings.
