世界一流学科建设的内涵、潜力与对策——基于ESI学科评价数据的分析 被引量:72

摘要 建设世界一流学科需要科学的评价标准和参照。以ESI最新学科评价数据为基础,从学科、高校和区域三个角度分析我国建设世界一流学科的基础与潜力,结果显示:化学、工程、材料等学科已达到或接近世界一流水平,清华大学、北京大学、浙江大学等高校有较多学科已进入或即将进入世界一流学科行列,东部地区大部分省市都有达到或接近世界一流的学科。我国建设世界一流学科,需要在个性化经费投入,改革高校教师用人机制,完善学科运行与管理机制等方面进行努力。 It requires scientific evaluation criteria and reference to build the world first-class discipline. Based on the evaluation data of the latest subject of ESI,the paper analyzes the foundation and potential of building the world-first class discipline from three perspectives:discipline,university and region. The results show that some disciplines such as chemistry,engineering and materials have already reached or been close to the world class disciplinary level,some colleges and universities like Tsinghua University,Peking University and Zhejiang University have been or are about to be in the ranks of world-class disciplines,and most provinces and cities in the eastern region have reached or been close to the world first-class discipline. It also requires efforts from other aspects as individual funding,the reform in the mechanism of teachers in colleges and universities,improvement of the operation and management mechanism of disciplines and so on to build the world first-class discipline.
