摘要
目的为了解北京市门头沟区8-10岁学龄儿童尿碘水平,评价目标人群碘营养状况,为制定碘缺乏病防治策略提供依据。方法于2014-2015年对门头沟区435名学龄儿童进行一次随机尿样尿碘含量测定。结果共检测8-10岁学龄儿童尿样435份,尿碘中位数172.5μg/L,尿碘值〈100μg/L的占19.31%(84/435),其中〈50μg/L的占4.37%(19/435),尿碘值在500μg/L以上的占1.61%(7/435),尿碘值在100-300μg/L之间占78.62%(309/435)。结论目前门头沟区学龄儿童尿碘水平达到了国家消除IDD的判定标准,碘营养状况适宜。
Objective To understand the urinary iodine status among the schoolchildren aged 8- 10 in Mentougou district of Beijing,evaluate the iodine nutrition situation in the targeted population,and provide evidence for adjust iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control strategies. Methods The urinary iodine concentration of 435 random selected school children in Mentougou district were detected during 2014- 2015. Results The median of urinary iodine of all the 435 samples was 172. 5 μg / L,urinary iodine value 〈100 μg / L accounted for 19. 31%( 84 /435),where 〈50 μg / L accounted for 4. 37%( 19 /435),urinary iodine value of 500 μg/L or more accounted for 1. 61%( 7 /435),urinary iodine value between 100 -300 μg / L accounted for 78. 62%( 309 /435). Conclusion The urinary iodine status of the schoolchildren in Mentougou district has reached the national criterion for the IDD elimination,and the iodine status is appropriate.
