摘要
目的阐述蓝花参"止咳化痰"药效,为其临床合理应用提供实验依据。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌法及蛙上腭和食道纤毛运动试验,从"止咳"和"化痰"两方面指标对蓝花参正丁醇极性部位作药效表征,对其高、中、低三个剂量分别进行考察。结果蓝花参正丁醇提取物可减少实验动物咳嗽次数并延长咳嗽潜伏期,此外,还可以增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量并对蛙上腭和食道纤毛运动具有促进作用,高剂量效果最显著。结论蓝花参正丁醇极性部位具有止咳化痰药效。
OBJECTIVE To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of the aqueous extract from Wahlenbergia marginata( Thunb.) A. DC,and provide experimental basis for clinical reasonable application. METHODS The model of cough induced by ammonia liquor spray in mice and acid citric in guinea pig were used to observe the antitussive effect;the model of phenol red execretion in mice trachea and the ciliary movement in the frog's esophagus were used to observe the expectorant effect. Respectively to investigate the high,medium and low three doses of butyl alcohol extraction of Wahlenbergia marginata( Thunb.) A. DC( BA). RESULTS The BA could reduce cough and prolong cough incubation period induced by ammonia in mice and acid citric in guinea pig,also can increase phenol red output of trachea in mice and increase the speed of the ciliary movement in the frog's esophagus. BA-H is the most significant efficacy. Conclusion BA has a significant antitussive and expectorant effects.
