摘要
目的制定慢性病患者护理结局分类的评价量表,为临床护理和科研工作提供有效工具。方法研究分两阶段进行。第一阶段为量表内容确定、专家修订及预调查;第二阶段为量表的实践验证,包括慢性病患者各维度护理结局评价及量表的信效度检验。结果经专家修订及预调查,形成包含6个维度42个条目的最终量表。信效度检验结果为：条目水平内容效度指数为0.900-1.000,全体一致率为0.885,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.985;不同疾病患者的护理结局分类各维度得分及总分差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）;量表共提取出6个公因子,各因子的累积方差贡献率在40%以上,各条目在相应公因子上均具有较高载荷量（〉0.4）;总量表的内部一致性信度（Cronbachα系数）为0.80,各因子的Cronbachα系数为0.80-0.96。各因子间的Pearson相关系数为0.09-0.73,每个因子与量表总分之间呈正相关（相关系数为0.41-0.95）。结论该量表具有良好的信效度,适用于评价慢性病患者各维度的健康状况,可为临床护理和科研工作提供参考。
Objective To design the chronic diseases patients nursing outcomes classification evaluation scale,in order to provide effective instrument for clinical nursing and scientific research.Methods The research was carried out in two stages.The first stage was to determine the content of the scale,the experts revised scale and the pretest.The second stage was the practice verification of the scale,including the evaluation of the dimensions of patients with chronic diseases and the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The final scale consisted of 6dimensions and 42 items after the modification of the experts.The content validity of items were 0.900-1.000,the concordance rate was 0.885.The content validity was 0.985.The statistical significance was found between score of each dimension of nursing outcome classification and total score in patients with different diseases（all P〈0.01）.The scale extracted 6common factors,the cumulative variance contribution rate of each factors were both more than 40%,each items had high load value in corresponding common factors（〉0.4）.The internal consistency reliability of scale（Cronbachαcoefficient）was 0.80.The Cronbach αcoefficient of each factors were 0.80-0.96.The Pearson coefficient of each factor was 0.90-0.73.The each factor was positively correlated with total score of scale（correlation coefficient was 0.41-0.95）.Conclusions This scale has a good reliability and validity,which suitable for evaluating the health status of each dimension of patients with chronic disease,and providing reference for clinical nursing and scientific research.
