摘要
以非离子型表面活性剂AEO-9为主要原料,通过增溶法配制得到微乳液,利用微乳液界面性能为主要指标筛选出配方,制得AO-4,并进行稳定性及助排率评价。结果表明,组成为0.5%(w)均相微乳液+0.02%(w)氟表面活性剂(其中均相微乳液的组成为:w(AEO-9)∶w(正丁醇)∶w(煤油)∶w(水)=31%∶13%∶11%∶45%)的体系,可以形成稳定的微乳液型助排剂,其表面张力为23.22mN/m,界面张力为0.12mN/m(与煤油),助排率达到83.26%,具有较好的应用前景。
The homogeneous microemulsion was prepared by solubilization method with non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 as a main raw material.Interface performance of microemulsion was used as main indicators to select formula,and evaluate its stability and discharge rate.The results showed that the system is composed of 0.5% homogeneous microemulsion(AEO-9∶ n-butanol∶ kerosene∶ water= 31%∶ 13% ∶11% ∶45 %(mass fraction ratio))+0.02% fluoro surfactant,which is a stable microemulsion type cleanup agent,and its surface tension is 23.22mN/m,interfacial tension is 0.12mN/m(with kerosene),cleanup rate is 83.26%,and it has a good prospect.
