摘要
针对非圆齿轮箱的结构设计与优化问题,设计了一种椭圆齿轮传动箱体。利用workbench软件对箱体进行模态与受力分析,得到了加载情况下传动箱体的模态响应与应力应变,并对其受力变形较大的部位进行了结构优化。根据受力分析与结构优化的结果,得到了箱体的优化方案并加工出传动箱体。
In order to optimize the structure design of the non-circular gearbox, an elliptic gearbox is designed. By using the Work- bench, the non-circular gearbox modal and load are analyzed. The modal response and stress-strain, when load is applied to the gearbox, are obtained. The structure of the load-deformed parts is optimized. Based on the result of load analysis and structure opti- mization, an optimized scheme is presented and the new gearbox is manufactured.
