摘要
在蒸汽介质膨胀烟丝的工序过程中,为了解决烟丝从低压环境到高压环境进料受阻问题,利用气锁分步泄压技术对进料气锁进行了改进。改进内容主要包括:在气锁的进料口设置了强制进料装置和蒸汽压力释放口。实际应用效果表明,改进前后烟丝的生产流量提高了约180%。解决了烟丝从低压环境进料到高压环境的受阻问题,提高了生产能力和设备运行的可靠性。
In the process of cut tobacco expansion with steam as the medium, feeding cut tobacco from low pressure to high pres- sure is often impeded. In order to solve this problem, the technique of step relief with air locks is used. The improving technique in- cludes a forced feeding device and a vapor pressure release vent at the feed inlet. Practice shows that the flow of tobacco production increases by 180%. The problem of impeded feeding is solved, the production capacity increased and the reliability of equipment op- eration improved.
