摘要失禁相关性皮炎（incontinence associated dermatitis,IAD）是指会阴、肛周、臀部甚至腹股沟和大腿内侧皮肤长期被尿液和（或）粪便的侵蚀所造成的炎症和损害[1]。在不同医疗机构中,IAD的患病率为5.6%-50%[1-4]。最新IAD实践原则指出,
