摘要
建立校企合作制度是推进职业教育改革和发展的关键举措,价值认同的形成对于校企合作的模式创新和制度建设有着重要作用。从研究现状分析,校企合作价值认同的形成是建立在共同培养技术技能人才的价值观基础上。重点分析校企合作价值认同的理论依据,从观念、体制、机制等方面提出主要策略。
The establishment of school-enterprise cooperation system is the key measure for promoting vocational education reform and development,the value identity plays an important role for the formation of the model innovation and system construction of school-enterprise cooperation.On the bases of analysing the research status,important concepts and theoretical basis of the value identity of school-enterprise cooperation,the main strategies are put forward from the aspects of concept,system and mechanism.
