摘要
目的:探究复方丹参注射液联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的效果及对胃肠功能和血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平的影响.方法:选择在奉化市中医医院接受治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者中选取90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,所有患者先进行一般治疗,对照组在一般治疗的基础上行生长抑素治疗,观察组行生长抑素联合复方丹参注射液治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平、并发症和不良反应和死亡率.结果:两组患者治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均比治疗前有下降,其中观察组下降幅度比较明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组80.00%,且肠胃功能改善情况明显优于对照组,两组各项数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率和不良反应发生率分别为8.89%和5.67%,显著低于对照组22.22%和20.00%(P<0.05);观察组死亡率稍低于对照组(P>0.05).结论:复方丹参注射液联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎能够有效降低血清TNF-α、IL-6表达水平,改善胃肠功能,减少不良反应和并发症状况,临床综合疗效显著.
AIM：To explore the effect of compound Danshen injection combined with somatostatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis as well as their effect on gastrointestinal function and serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） levels.METHODS：Ninety patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated at Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fenghua City were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.All patients received routine treatment.The control group was additionally given somatostatin,and the observation group was additionally treated with somatostatin combined with compound Danshen injection.Clinical effects,recovery of gastrointestinal function,serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels,complications,adverse reactions and mortality were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：Serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate was significantly higher and the improvement of gastrointestinal function was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The rates of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group were8.89%and 5.67%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（22.22%and 20.00%,respectively,P 〈0.05）.The mortality rate in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Compound Danshen injection combined with somatostatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels,improve gastrointestinal function,and reduce adverse reactions and complications.
