机械装备中的惯性力补偿控制方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 惯性是物理学中最基本的概念之一,惯性力存在于一切有质量且构件质心有加速度或有角加速度的机械装备中。当机械装备启动、急停、高加速度运转时,随着机械零部件运动而产生的惯性作用会给装备本身产生附加力,不仅会增加运动副中的摩擦力和构件内应力,还会影响设备的控制精度。大型、重型液压装备由于其运动部件质量大,动态加载时较大的加速度会产生很大的惯性力,给动态控制带来不利影响。基于此,该文阐述了目前机械领域中针对惯性力的补偿研究成果,从回转运动场合,平面运动场合和复合运动场合三个方面对惯性力补偿控制问题进行了详细的分类和总结,希望能对大型、重型液压装备中不同运动场合的惯性力补偿控制方案研究提供参考。 Inertia is one of the most fundamental concepts in physics.For all the acceleration mass or the angular acceleration mass,there are always the inertial forces in the mechanical equipments.The additional inertial force will be generated when the mechanical equipment starts to run,stop or make high acceleration.The additional inertial force will not only increase the friction force and the internal stress between the mechanical parts and components,but also decrease the control accuracy of the equipment.Due to the huge mass of moving part,it will produce the large inertial force for the heavy-duty hydraulic equipment during the dynamically operating.The large inertial force has a negative effect on the accurate control.Based on above reason,the paper describes the recent research results of the inertial force compensation in the mechanical field.The search results are summarized according to different moving styles like rotary motion,plane motion and composite motion.The paper will provide a reference for the research on the inertial force compensation scheme for the large and heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.
