摘要
根据收集和整理2000-2013年广西北部湾沿海钦州市、北海市和防城港市(下称"三市")的能源消费量和GDP数据,分析三市的GDP总量、产业结构、能源消费结构和碳排放总量变化,结果为:碳排放总量和碳排放强度均呈显著上升趋势,年均增长率分别为48.49%和41.87%;2006年和2011年是碳排放总量和碳排放强度变化的重要节点;碳排放总量与GDP和产业结构显著相关。为此,广西北部湾沿海城市应大力发展现代物流、文化、旅游等现代服务业和生物能、风能、潮汐能和核能等可再生能源。
The energy consumption and GDP data during 2000-2013 on the coastal cities( Qinzhou,Beihai and Fangchenggang,) in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf area were collected. The total GDP,industrial structure,changes in the structure of energy consumption and total carbon emissions of these three cities were analyzed. The results indicate that:( 1) The carbon emissions and carbon intensity rise significantly,whose average annual growth rates were respectively 48. 49% and 41. 87%;( 2) 2006 and2011 are important nodes in carbon emissions and carbon intensity change;( 3) Carbon emissions are significantly associated with GDP and industrial structure. Therefore,modern service industry( such as modern logistics,culture and tourism) and renewable energy( such as bio-energy,wind energy,tidal energy and nuclear energy) are proposed for future development.
