摘要
为了提高自移机尾的智能化程度,进一步增强调偏功能,实现感知能力,减少工人的误操作,开发了一种新型跑偏传感器。该传感器能够将机尾内部输送带跑偏情况清晰地反映到操作人员面前,工作人员根据输送带跑偏状态调整自移机尾相应的立缸达到调偏的目的,解决了由于输送带跑偏调整不及时所造成的输送带损伤及撒煤现象。
In order to improve belt conveyor matilda intelligent,and further enhance the adjusting function,achieving the sensing ability, reducing the misoperation of the workers, developed a new type of deviation sensor. The sensor Can clearly reflect the internal belt deviaton of the matilda to the operator. The staff according to the belt deviation adjusted the matilda corresponding cylinder to adjust deviation, solve the belt damage caused by delay of belt deviation adjustment and spreading of the coal.
