摘要
运用SWOT分析法对中国东方航空股份有限公司的优势、劣势以及发展的机遇与挑战进行了详细分析,并据此提出了公司发展的对策,以期对国内航空公司有所帮助。
By using SWOT analysis, this paper conducts a detailed analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited, and based on this, puts forward the development countermeasures for this corporation in order to be helpful to domestic airlines corporations.
