摘要
操作机的升降及倾斜机构是一个复杂的空间多杆机构,是操作机完成平行升降、俯仰、侧移、偏摆运动的主运动机构,也是吸收快锻压机锻造冲击的缓冲机构,其结构设计的好坏直接影响到操作机使用性能。本文通过解析法分析得到其几何方程组及受力情况方程组,快速、高效的对平行升降及倾斜机构进行设计,避免了大量的重复性工,并得到了载荷变化相对稳定的结构。结合ANSYS软件进行了进一步综合的研究多杆机构,使其满足了强度、疲劳、冲击等综合性要求。
The lifting and tilting mechanism of forging manipulator is a complex spatial multi-bar mechanism, which is the buffering mechanism that absorb the impact of forging, and which is to complete the major-motion of the forging manipulator too, such as parallel lifting, tihing, swaying and yawing. And the quality of structure design would impact on the operation of machine performance directly. This paper get the formulas of the geom- etry and stress of multi-bar linkage through analytical methods, then the large amount of repeated works will be avoided. Combined with the ANSYS, it can further study the multi-bar linkage, then it will meet the require- ments of strength, fatigue strength and impact.
