摘要
目的 :调查护理人员医护合作关系和护士工作投入的现状,并分析医护合作关系对护士工作投入的影响。方法 :采用便利抽样法,于2015年2-5月采用一般资料调查表、医护合作量表、护士工作投入量表对北京市某三级甲等医院309名临床护士进行调查。结果 :医护合作量表总分为(91.20±15.89)分,总均分为(3.65±0.64)分;护士工作投入总分为(51.82±9.37)分,总均分为(3.46±0.62)分。多元回归分析显示,护士和医生的关系、共同参与治疗或护理的决策过程、患者信息的交流是护士工作投入的影响因素。结论 :改善医护合作关系可以提高护士工作投入水平,为患者提供更高质量的护理服务。
Objective: To investigate the current status of doctor-nurse cooperation and to analyze the inlfuence of doctor-nurse cooperation on nurses' working involvement. Methods: Totally 309 nurses in a tertiary Grade A hospital were recruited using convenience sampling method from February to May in 2015 and investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire, Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale (NPCS), and Utreeht Work Engagement Scale (UEWS). Results: The total score of NPCS was 91.20±15.89 with the mean score of 3.65±0.64. The total score of UEWS was 51.82±9.37 with the mean score of 3.46±0.62. Relationships between doctors and nurses, doctors and nurses participating in the decision-making process of medical treatment or care, patients' information exchange were the main inlfuencing factors of nurses working involvement. Conclusion: Improving cooperation between doctors and nurses could enhance the level of nurse working involvement and provide better quality of care for patients.
